We make every effort for you to receive the correct order, with no damage, and in a timely manner.

We are not able to issue returns from our online shop unless we have made a mistake on the order or it arrives damaged. You need to send a picture of the damaged or incorrect item/s within 2 days of receipt and we will issue a full refund and replacement. 



Any item can be returned within a week of receipt other than custom orders. We will reimburse for the item but cannot reimburse shipping. We will do everything we can to ensure you get a perfect veil and correct order every time. But, if you need an exchange due to a problem with your product, or a mistake on our part, please send us a picture within 2 days of receipt and we will immediately ship a replacement free of charge.
